Not satisfied with our product? We promise a full refund for the item.

If you have any problems with your order, especially in terms of fit, size, or color, or if you come across any defects, we’ll be happy to refund the amount. Please return the unused item with tags within 07 days of receipt. Currently, we do not exchange any items. In case you wish to change the item you bought, you will need to place a return request for the same following the process listed below. After that, you can re-order the style you want.

Raising the return request

• Log into your account.
• Go to My orders
• Click on ‘Return’ against the item you wish to return.
• Specify the account in which you would like the refund amount to be credited.
• Fill in the details and raise a return request by clicking on submit button.
• You will receive a confirmation for the return initiated.
• Reverse pick-up will be done from our side where ever feasible. In extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if a reverse pickup facility is not available in your area.

If you are a Guest and want to make a return, follow the steps below to place a return request.

• Verify using the OTP generated on the contact number/email id used while placing the order.
• Create a password and log in to www.denisanddi.com using the phone no./email id used to make the purchase.
• Click on ‘Return’ against the item you wish to return under My Accounts>My Orders.
• Specify the account in which you would like the refund amount to be credited.
• Fill in the details and raise a return request by clicking on submit button.
• You will receive a confirmation for the return initiated.
• Reverse pick-up will be done from our side where ever feasible. In extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if a reverse pickup facility is not available in your area.
• Click to initiate Return.

Refunds

• Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we will refund the money or issue denisanddi Credits, as per your preferred choice.
• For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it may take up to 2-5 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account (depending upon your bank).
• denisanddi Credits will be issued within 2-3 business days and can be used to purchase again from denisanddi .com. Please choose the desired option when initiating the return request on our website.
• For orders placed using denisanddi Credits, the refund amount will be credited to your denisanddi Credits account only.
• Any denisanddi Credits/cashback vouchers applied will be activated again.
• Please note that limited period offers that run for a specific period or product-specific discounts may not be available by the time you return the order.
• Free Gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.

Terms and Conditions for Returns

• com will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer/voucher issuance against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes complete responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.
• Refund/denisanddi Credits will be issued only after the product is received at our warehouse.
• denisanddi Credits will be issued within 2-3 business days of receiving the product. A prepaid refund will be initiated within 2 working days of receiving the product. It may take 2-5 business days for the amount, to reflect in your bank account.
• You can return either the complete order or some items from the same order.
• Please make sure you seal the packet completely before handing it over to courier partners.
• Please use separate packets for items from separate orders.
• com follows a 07-day No-question-asked return policy. You can return the product within 07 days of delivery.
