SHIPPING POLICY

On orders above INR 1000, Denisanddi offers free shipping across India. We will be obligated to pay all fees, including shipping and any taxes.
At the time of purchase, an approximate time for shipment has been provided for each product individually; which is merely indicative. Products may be shipped either earlier or later depending on the availability of the product and other factors.

To get an accurate estimate of shipment time, kindly make use of our “Order Tracking” facility as well as various other tools to enable the customer to track his/her order.

As far as possible, product orders shall be processed within 24-48 hours of the order being placed with DENIS & DI. The expected shipment time is 4-7 business days, all other factors being optimum.
Transit Risk
All orders sent by DENIS & DI are fully insured at no extra cost to customers.

In case of loss of order while ‘in transit, DENIS & DI shall re-process the order.

However, DENIS & DI shall not be responsible for loss of packages during transit or any damages to package (full or partial), once the same has been delivered by the Courier agency at the address provided by the customer at the time of placing of order.
